
Private (1:1) and small group Pilates sessions allow the teacher to provide individual attention and feedback that are not always possible in a larger class. Therefore if you have a specific concern or would just like to improve your technique private sessions can help you develop a stronger, more balanced and flexible body.
Pilates is ultimately about finding efficient and pain free ways of moving. It is about moving in a way that does not contract into joints, squeezing muscles and tissue tighter and tighter. We can instead stretch and open the body ( muscles, tissue and joints) rediscovering space, width and length. That’s why so many people feel taller and more expanded after Pilates.
Private sessions allow you more focused attention to address the individual patterns and challenges of your body.
Private and small group Pilates sessions can be arranged as one offs or as regular sessions.
Please note I have recently moved to the Northeast so I am no longer able to offer Pilates sessions in Wiltshire.
